Between the Promenade and Townsends Inlet, most Sea Isle exteriors are stucco or fiber cement over piling-built frames. Stucco is the one that gets misdiagnosed most often: hairline crazing needs a flexible coating, but a wall showing pattern cracking or hollow spots has a substrate problem that paint will never solve.
