When they found rotted wood, they didn’t hide it or patch it — Juan took photos, explained the issue, and helped me find someone to replace the damaged sections so the painting could be done right.

As this is our second home, we weren’t onsite, but Juan’s online portal with daily photos and videos let us follow the entire process.
