Estimator & Sales Person
Our Estimators are often the first point of contact with clients. This role combines technical knowledge with people skills to help customers make informed decisions and feel confident about their projects.
Responsibilities:
Visit clients to evaluate homes and businesses for painting needs.
Prepare accurate estimates and present project proposals.
Explain materials, timelines, and processes clearly.
Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Work with the production team to ensure smooth project handoff.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, estimating, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
Knowledge of painting processes and materials (training provided).
