So we built this section to make your experience smoother from the start.
Please remove small objects, valuables, and personal items from the areas we’ll be working in. If possible, move furniture away from the walls — we’ll handle the rest with drop cloths and plastic protection. If you’re living in the space during the job, we’ll work in clear sections and communicate our schedule so you always know what to expect.
Clear items like outdoor furniture, grills, and decorations from work areas. Let us know about irrigation systems or security sensors in advance. Coastal weather can affect timing, so we’ll monitor conditions and keep you updated daily. We take care to mask windows, doors, and landscaping before painting begins.
Dust is natural with wood prep and sanding, so we ask that nearby electronics or open shelving be cleared in advance. We’ll isolate the workspace with plastic barriers as needed. Expect light odors from primers or finishes — we use low-VOC materials whenever possible.
We’ll cover floors and furniture before any work begins. Small repairs usually dry quickly, but larger patches may require extra time before painting. Let us know if you have texture matching concerns — we’ll evaluate and explain what’s possible before starting.
Interior repainting is typically recommended every 5–7 years, depending on traffic and wear. Exteriors near the coast often require updates every 4–5 years. Project length depends on scope, weather, and surface condition, but we’ll always give you a timeline — and stick to it.
Not sure where to start? Don’t worry — we’re just a click away.
